Shipping policy
Orders received before 16:00 Spanish time will be prepared the same day and shipped the following business day. For orders placed after 16:00, they will be prepared the next day and shipped afterward, so the shipping time will be counted from the next day after the order, provided it was placed before 16:00.
Shipping within mainland Spain:

Standard shipping: delivery in 2-4 business days.

Express shipping: delivery in 1-2 business days, considering the order reception times mentioned above.
If the order includes more than one item stored in different warehouses, shipping may be delayed 2-3 days to consolidate all products into a single package. During high-demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or other peak shipping seasons, delays may occur due to high parcel volumes.
In July and August, due to reduced working hours at Correos, delivery may be delayed 24-48 hours depending on the destination locality.
For other destinations, the estimated delivery time will be provided on our website once the shipping address is entered.
Exclusions: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in the warehouse locations (Madrid and/or Barcelona) or in the destination locality are not counted in the delivery time.
For certain destinations, shipping may experience delays depending on the area or unforeseen incidents, such as customs delays.

If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is not present at the delivery address, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping company to arrange a new delivery or pick-up at the appropriate office.
Taxes for orders outside the European Union or subject to special taxes are always the responsibility of the recipient. If the package is refused, all costs of returning the package (including any taxes, if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
