As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment, through Nacex or MRW. Once the order is sent, you will be provided with a tracking number of the package.

These terms may vary depending on the shipping area or be altered by extraordinary incidents, such as delays in customs. If there are subsequent modifications of the delivery address, the expenses derived from said action will be borne by the customer.

Expenses in the country of destination GENERATED BY CUSTOMS are always borne by the customer.
If your package has already been sent and you wish and cancel it, you must indicate to the carrier (when you go to deliver it), that you do not want to accept the delivery. Once we receive the return package, a payment of the amount paid will be made, deducting from this the parcel expenses caused by the shipment and return.
If your package has not yet been sent, you must contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (+34680875787) to be able to cancel it.
In order for us to process your return it will be necessary to send us an email requesting your change along with the details of your purchase. Once we receive the item, we will proceed to the exchange or return.
Expenses arising from the return or exchanges will be charged to the customer, unless the return is due to our error because the item is incorrect or defective.
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition. Returns or exchanges of products that show that they have been used will not be accepted.
